Outline

We?re looking for a results-driven sales account representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, and develop the clients we already service across all our interests.

? Skilled in communication & customer sensitivity.

? Skilled in persuasion, negotiation & sales.

? Coachable and able to take and implement constructive criticism

? Technology efficient: using Microsoft, Zoho, Xero and other online platforms

? No criminal record.

? Desire to grow within a company.

Responsibilities

? Cold outreach skills to find and speak with decision makers via email and phone.

? Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

? Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

? Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or online to discover their needs and present our ability to satisfy them.

? Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

? Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

? Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for increased market sales.

? Record all detail to Zoho CRM.

? Manage our social media pages.

? Continuously improve through feedback.

? Work with the sales manager to develop yourself and your sales success.

? Provide strategic input and customer perspective to co-develop sales and marketing initiatives.

Remuneration - Salary: R6000 base retainer plus

commission - Training and orientation given.

Working hours - 10am ? 4.30pm - Start date: 16th November 2020
