Handle and process freight in a safe and correct manner through the facility to the Stores.
Load, unload, order fill, pack, and/or process freight in an accurate and timely manner.
Tell management about unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures in the facility.
Use freight handling equipment in a safe and correct manner.
Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Ensure freight quality and integrity.
Performs additional duties as assigned

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep visitors and team members safe we required face coverings. Prior to entering the facility temperatures are taken. A series of questions are asked regarding Covid-19 symptoms. Hand sanitizer is available as well.

Job Duties:

Load and unload trucks
Move and stack materials
Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
Follow current good warehousing practice
Receive/process shipments
Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedure

Shipping / Receiving Clerk (Warehouse / Manufacturing)

Individual will be required to perform basic shipping and receiving duties.
Individual will be responsible for packaging precision manufactured parts and ensure that production documentation / shipping documents accurately match quantities and part numbers.
Individual will be responsible for the accuracy of incoming materials to match company purchase orders and packing lists.
Individual will be required to maintain filing of shipping documentation, keep proper and up to date logs of shipping and receiving transactions.
Individual will be required to perform various other machine shop tasks as assigned by management.

Must have excellent communication and comprehension skills. Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
Candidate must be able to complete data entry of shipping/ receiving / tracking information into the computer.
Candidate must have excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, and be able to work with little or no supervision. Self starter a must.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task as needed.
Fork Truck Experience Required
Must have a valid Class C driver?s license
Must have clean driving record
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions
