SENIOR PRODUCTION & STOCK ADMINSTRATOR

Location : Sandton

Our company is seeking to employ an Senior Production & Stock Administrator in the Tobacco Manufacturing Industry.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 experience in a similar environment, alternatively experience in the Tobacco Manufacturing Industry will be a huge advantage.

KEY RESPONIBILITIES

? Managing according to operational plan and job card, the day to day co-ordination, organising and execution within the production- and stock departments all work and processes.
? Follow up on all production and stock related deadlines ensuring workflow and results.
? Align with Production Targets and ensuring that they are met by centralising, coordinating, actioning and consolidating all work.
? Ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are met through assisting and coordinating with factory and office.
? Assist, coordinate and consolidate with Supply Chain and Inventory Management ensuring orders, payments and delivery take place as per production schedule.
? Assist, coordinate and consolidate on Equipment and Work Tools.
? Assist, coordinate and consolidate on Cross Border activities e.g. clearing documents, receiving of stock etc.
? Manage all Stock Departments Stock Levels ? from ordering of raw materials, different stock bin levels, shrinkage etc.
? Provide exceptional support to factory operations department as per company expectation.
? Provide various Daily Reports and updates to ensure effective management of workflow.
? Must be available immediately

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
? Fluency in English
? Confidence, focused and work unsupervised
? A Strong Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Stock Management, Customs, Imports/Exports and Administration.
? Strong Technical skills
? Leadership and interpersonal skills
? Analytical and problem solving skills
? IT and numerical skills, including MS Office, internet and email
? Exceptional Communication and Report Skills
