Specification

Overall management of local / international business
Line management of employees within local / international campaigns
Motivate and reward campaigns
Communication with other business units and stakeholders
Compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Keeping abreast of external market developments
Contribute to the strategic leadership of the wider business
Determine staffing requirements
Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
Apply strategic planning to determine campaign objectives
Set employee goals and objectives
Develop staff to maximize potential
Monitor staff performance including performance reviews
Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives
Allocate use of available resources
Monitor and assist staff with work progress
Evaluate current business processes and systems
Establish and maintain controls
Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
Responsible for the achievement of campaign productivity and quality goals
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required
Driving sales strategy
Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team to make sure business is coming in at the right price

Requirements

Matric - essential (proof of which must be available at interview stage)
At least 3 years management experience at a middle management level
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advantageous
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Knowledge of strategic planning
Knowledge of office administrative procedures
Proficient in relevant software applications
Experience with UK campaigns desired
US and Australian experience an added advantage as well as local campaigns
