Description: 
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To complete all the administrative tasks of the Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities

Order and stock control
Reception (manage the switchboard and receive guests and visitors)
Office administration (including faxing, filing and post)
Purchase of office consumables (stationery, tea and coffee)
Administration of supplier documentation
Sourcing and following up on Supplier quotes and invoices
Ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements

Grade 12
Minimum of 3 years? experience in a Distribution Centre environment
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and G-suite
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Communication skills
Planning and organising skills
