Payroll Consultant
Immediately Available Payroll Consultants required to manage and administrate outsourced payrolls and associated services on behalf of contracted customers in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls and associates services are executed accurately and processed on time.
-Manage and administrate outsourced payrolls and associated assignment
-Set up and implement new outsourced payroll systems for new customers
-Accurate set up of payroll earning, deduction codes, SARS Links, medical aid calculations payroll parameters, payroll accumalators
-Ensure statutory legislation is implemented correctly to ensure statutory compliance
-Administer payroll data input
-Undertake efficient and effective payroll auditing processes and procedures
-Calculate overtime, shift payments, commissions etc
-Generate and Distribute payroll reports manual and electronic
-Process new employee engagements / terminations
-Ensure all statutory reporting is undertaken within legislated deadliness
-Process employee salaries
-Electronic payment of Employee Salaries or processing bank file uploads
-Generation, processing and distribution of Employee Tax Certificates
-Extrapolation and submission of payroll data for COIDA
-Maintain payroll parameters to meet customers operational requirements
-Experience in Outsourced Payroll
