A leading real estate company based in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a rental administrator to join their busy rental division.

This role will be vital in the smooth running of the division.

Job Description:

Invoicing and processing of new leases through the Payprop system.

Rental files and administration thereof.

Setting up payments to Landlord?s etc.

Property management accounts.

In-house commission calculations.

Ad-hoc office admin duties.


A sound knowledge of MS Office a must.

Own car, or reliable transport.

Knowledge of Payprop Rental System a bonus.
