Key Responsibilities:
Screening of all telephone calls and directing of inquiries
Formatting, retrieving, inputting, copying and editing agreements
Collating of comments on legislative changes and distribution
Monitoring and following up on contracts and ensuring it is signed off
Ensuring all finalised agreements are filed electronically
Establishes and maintains office files
Communicating with internal and external clients in writing
Maintaining the calendar and scheduling meetings
Arranging travel, transportation and making hotel reservations
Assisting with preparation of presentations and typing of documents
General administration- filing, e-mails, faxing, photo copying, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric and accredited secretarial qualification
At least 3 years commercial legal secretarial experience
Familiar with legal agreements/ terminology
