Summary of duties :

Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answering calls

Directing phone calls to relevant department

Calling customer for reviews

Calling abandoned cart customers

Labelling products

Answering online chat queries

Follow up with couriers

Skills required:

Good phone skills

Microsoft office ? excel, word, outlook

Good language skills, both written and spoken

Reporting on tasks and objectives
At least two South African languages advantageous
