Well Established Company Looking for Admin Lady to Join our Dynamic Team.

Must meet the following Criteria:

Good computer skills, Types like a wizard ,well organized, Honest ,Excellent telephonic Etiquette a must.

Fluent in Afrikaans & English

Well mannered

Adapt easily to new environment and work well with fellow colleagues

Must have experience and good references

No criminal record

Drivers License a Must

Sober Habits

Starting Salary R9000 . Will be revised after 3 months. Only apply if you possess the above. Person must be able to start within a month.

Duties include: Answering calls on Switch board, Taking of messages ,collecting payments, Knowledge of Sage (Invoicing ,Quotations) Arranging and scheduling of Jobs ,Data capturing, typing, printing and all receptionist/admin related duties

Work hours 08:00 am - 5pm / Once a month Friday off
